THEY MUST HAVE WORKED IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PREVIOUSLY DOING ALL ASPECT OF MASON WORKS WHICH WILL CONSIST OF BLOCK LAYING, PLASTERING, ACROCRETE, ETC.. IN TERMS OF THE CARPENTRY WORK THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANG DOOR, INSTALL WINDOWS, KNOW HOW TO LINE UP BUILDINGS, INSTALL TRIMS AND BASEBOARDS, ETC...
THEY SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THE BUILDING CODE AND STYLES WITHIN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS, AND KNOW HOW TO SOURCE THE VARIOUS MATERIALS THAT IS NEEDED FOR JOB AND WHAT EACH MATRIAL IS USED FOR.
