Carpenter.

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile individual to join our team in Little Cayman. The successful candidate must be willing to perform a variety of carpentry duties and work well with others and maintain a high standard of workmanship and property care.
Duties include, but are not limited to;
• Construct, frame and build wooden walls and partitions
• Install and finish drywall, including measuring, cutting, fitting, taping and basic finishing.
• Carry out general carpentry and woodwork as required.
• Install, repair, and adjust doors, door frames and associated hardware.
• Install and fit windows, window frames and related components.
• Measure, cut and assemble timber and other building materials accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools and carpentry equipment safely and appropriately
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Perform other general carpentry duties as required.

This position is located in Little Cayman, candidates must reside on island during employment and must be comfortable working outside in the heat/sun.
