Mason/Carpenter.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mason/Carpenter to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform masonry and carpentry work for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Construct, repair, and maintain walls, floors, foundations, concrete structures, and other masonry work.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other construction materials.
• Build and install framing, doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden structures.
• Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete, mortar, and other materials.
• Read and interpret basic construction plans, drawings, and measurements.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform repairs, renovations, and general construction work as required.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and according to project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Years of experience in masonry and carpentry.
• Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read measurements and basic construction plans.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications will be considered an asset.
