Marketing Assistant.

Flashpoint Media is looking for a Marketing media Assistant who is already active in the digital and social media space and can bring practical skills, creativity and fresh ideas to our team.

This is a commission-based position suited to someone who enjoys creating digital content and wants opportunities to use and grow their skills.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

📱 Social Media Experience
You should already have an active social media presence and understand how platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube work.

🌐 Web Design
Experience creating, updating or managing websites is required.

🎥 Videography
Able to capture good-quality video for programmes, interviews, events, promotions and social media.

📸 Photography
A good eye for capturing photographs that can be used for digital content and promotions.

🎬 Video Editing & Reels
Able to create reels, short-form videos, highlights and promotional clips.

💡 Creativity
We want someone who can bring ideas to the table—not simply wait to be told what to post.

THE RIGHT PERSON SHOULD:

✔ Already have a social media presence and be comfortable creating content
✔ Have experience with web design and website management
✔ Have practical photography and videography skills
✔ Understand reels and short-form content
✔ Have basic video-editing skills
✔ Be creative and willing to suggest new ideas
✔ Be reliable and able to work independently
✔ Be available for selected programmes, events and media assignments
✔ Be comfortable working as part of a team

Experience in graphic design, livestreaming, digital marketing or media production would be an added advantage.

💼 COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position and not a fixed-salary role.

Compensation will be based on agreed projects, assignments and revenue-generating opportunities. The commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
