What will your typical day look like?
You will work closely with our Growth and Purpose leadership team to support the development and execution of our strategy, playing a key role in strengthening Deloitte’s brand presence, advancing business priorities, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
You can expect to:
• Deliver on high-impact and high-quality integrated marketing campaigns, as well as key business development initiatives to advance our firm’s strategic goals.
• Champion local community volunteering and fundraising drives, purposefully designed to make a tangible, lasting difference in the future of our people and environment.
• Support end-to-end logistics for key client events, sponsorships, and industry conferences, ensuring a seamless and impactful stakeholder experience and contributing to further raising our brand eminence and market leadership.
• Assist with marketing budgets, reporting, and brand compliance processes, while providing general administrative and project management support as required.

Our Growth and Purpose team is focused on helping Deloitte grow and make an impact that matters in our marketplace and community. Growth is a dedicated, full-service, cross-border marketing and communications team. We deliver innovative campaigns driven by thoughtful strategy for Deloitte’s businesses. We serve as trusted advisors to business leaders and key stakeholders and are responsible for delivering best-in-class growth campaigns and operations. We are engaged in account management, creative brand projects, communications, strategy, and integrated operations. We champion the firm’s Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability practice, combining our creativity and passion for making a difference to drive meaningful impact across a diverse portfolio of projects and non-profit collaborations.
You are someone with:
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, business development, advertising, and/or brand management, preferably within a large organization and within the financial services industry or legal field.
• Exposure to creating marketing materials, digital campaigns, and communications that reflect organizational strategy, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
• Experience supporting events from concept development to post-event follow up and experience measuring and reporting on results.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and social media tools, with an interest in developing creative content that supports brand strategy and drives audience engagement.
• Comfort reporting to leadership and working in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities, adapting to shifting timelines and requirements as needed.

The incumbent will perform the essential functions of this full-time role under normal working conditions, which include a professional office environment at the Deloitte office in Camana Bay. This entails working during standard business hours (minimum 37.5 hours per week) with access to all necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Flexibility is required to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines, address urgent matters, and coordinate with colleagues in different time zones.
A comprehensive remuneration package is being offered with excellent benefits, including health insurance, group life and disability insurance, well-being subsidy, professional development allowance, and access to Employee Assistance Programs (“EAP”), and a salary in the range of US$75,000 to US$85,000 depending on experience and ability.
