Thompson Resorts is seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to lead innovative digital campaigns and strengthen brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller with strong analytical skills, visual design expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns & Social Media
Digital campaign development — Create and execute high‑impact campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Paid Search.
Audience targeting — Drive visibility and bookings through demographic‑based and metric‑driven strategies tailored to Cayman Islands visitors and global markets.
Performance insights — Conduct research and deliver actionable reporting to management.
Website Development & Content Management
Website updates — Maintain and update websites and social channels daily in collaboration with the Web Development team.
Content publishing — Upload promotions, specials, blogs, press releases, and new content to ensure brand consistency.
Brand identity — Support new website development and ensure cohesive branding across all digital platforms.
UX optimization — Monitor, develop, and design site elements to improve performance and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting
SEO monitoring — Track SEO performance using Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and related tools.
Weekly reporting — Provide weekly analytics reports and adjust strategies to meet budget and performance goals.
Emerging technologies — Assess new platforms and tools for ROI and strategic fit.
CRM & Email Marketing
CRM management — Manage CRM systems and customer databases for targeted outreach.
Email marketing — Create and distribute newsletters, promotional blasts, and communications for resort, restaurant, spa, and other revenue centers.
Design & Visual Communication
Graphic design — Produce presentations, advertisements, brochures, flyers, billboards, and postcards.
Brand‑aligned visuals — Develop logos, banners, and digital assets that meet brand standards and budget guidelines.
Qualifications
4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, or front‑end development.
Ability to develop reports and present statical analyses and report writing.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Cluade, Canva, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and content‑management tools.
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience managing content calendars, blogs, and promotional uploads.
• Preferred: Degree or certification in Web Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields.
• Must have own vehicle and be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Must complete company application and onsite pre‑employment screening.
