Marketing and Business Development Administrator.

We are inviting applications from enthusiastic and talented candidates for a new role within our Marketing and Business Development team in the Cayman Islands. The Marketing and Business Development Administrator will support the Marketing & Business Development Manager and Executive for the Americas, playing a central role in supporting our practice groups across the region in the execution of their marketing and business development strategies. They will work on a range of activities that enhance the practice groups' profile externally, as well as supporting on business growth opportunities for the Americas regional offices. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the success of our Marketing & Business Development function in the Americas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating client and market research to feed into marketing and business development plans as it relates to specific market segments, company types and industries
• Coordination of international marketing trips, including researching targets and meeting venues, maintaining trip itineraries and assisting with travel arrangements
• Preparation of pitches, presentations, and other marketing collateral for use at client meetings, seminars or conferences
• Development and maintenance of CRM data for the firm's newsletters, alerts, invitations, and other direct marketing pieces
• Supporting the preparation of directory submissions, client references, and awards nominations
• Coordination of the marketing and business development master schedule for the Americas region
• Processing of all vendor invoices for the Americas region
• On the ground support for events and conferences including coordination of client gift bag and other merchandise
• Responsible for the coordination of client gifts

Education, Experience and Skills

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Educated to degree level from a recognised university
• Able to demonstrate a commitment to developing a career in Marketing & Business Development
• A strong written and verbal communicator with native level English language
• A quick learner and self-starter, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Organised and able to manage and deliver to strict deadlines
• Competent in the MS Office suite and have a good working knowledge of social media channels
• Keen interest in marketing and business development trends
• Able and willing to work outside normal working hours/days on occasion
• Previous experience in a Marketing team and/or Professional or Financial Services environment would be an advantage.
