Maintenance Supervisor.

The Maintenance Supervisor at ONE|GT, Grand Cayman is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the hotel’s facilities, equipment and building systems. The position supervises daily maintenance activities, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, assigns and monitors work orders, and ensures repairs are completed efficiently and to hotel standards.
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance activities throughout guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and back-of-house facilities; conduct routine inspections; respond to urgent maintenance issues; and provide technical guidance to maintenance team members. The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire-safety systems.
The position will also maintain maintenance and safety records, monitor spare-parts and equipment inventory, coordinate with external vendors and contractors, and work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and Food & Beverage to minimize operational disruptions and maintain excellent guest comfort and facility standards.
