Role Purpose
The purpose of a Maintenance Helper is to assist the Maintenance Technician in performing basic maintenance tasks on heavy equipment and machinery. These tasks may include cleaning, checking and replacing parts, lubricating equipment, and performing minor repairs. The Maintenance Helper also helps identify problems and ensures all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations. The Maintenance Helper may also handle other equipment upkeep tasks and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and efficiently.
