Mechanical Engineering Technician, Alignment Technician.

You will be responsible for performing testing and balancing of HVAC systems in new and existing facilities for Corporate Electric Ltd.
Roles and Responsibilities.
You will be performing the following:
1. Air flow and Hydronic flow measurements.
2. Air and water temperature measurements.
3. Air and water pressure measurements.
4. Building pressure measurements.
5. Room integrity testing and measurements.
6. Ventilation system testing.
7. Equipment and motor rotating speed measurements.
8. Electrical and power measurements.
9. Measure and document airflow and air velocity measurements for commercial HVAC systems.
10. Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by Corporate Electric from time to time.

Qualifications
1. 5 years of documented experience in testing and balancing HVAC systems.
2. Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC and/or testing and balancing.
3. Experience with environmental control systems (DDC, pneumatic, or analog/electric).
4. Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions (English).
5. Computer skills and ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams.
6. Familiar and up to date with testing, balancing and commissioning tools.
7. NEBB or AABC certification is an advantage.
