Service Technician/Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Welder.

Duties include inspecting, troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of power
tools, pneumatic equipment, outdoor power equipment, heavy equipment, and small and major household
appliances, servicing both customer-owned and company equipment and machinery. Duties will include
diagnosing and performing repairs, ordering replacement parts, assisting with warranty claims, preparing
and explaining repair estimates and maintenance recommendations to customers, and maintaining a clean,
organized, and safe service area. Must also have ability to perform welding, fabrication and metal repairs
using appropriate welding equipment and techniques Candidates must have experience in the repair and
servicing of tools, equipment, and appliances; be able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical
manuals; possess basic computer skills; and demonstrate strong troubleshooting, organizational, and
customer service skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
