• Food Preparation: Cooking meals, baking, and preparing ingredients (slicing, marinating) according to recipes and daily specials. Daily prep, cooking to order and preparing and serves high-quality hot and cold food
• Menu Execution: Preparing varied menu items (grills, salads, sandwiches} with consistent quality, speed, and presentation.
• Safety & Sanitation: Adhering to health and safety standards (COSHH, HACCP}, maintaining clean equipment as well as workstations, and handling food safely. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Inventory Management: Checking stock levels, rotating inventory, labelling ingredients, reducing waste and managing food inventory.
• Customer Service: Accommodating dietary restrictions, special requests, and providing prompt service.
• Operations: Opening/closing the kitchen, operating machinery (ovens, fryers), and assisting with deliveries.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience, food safety certifications, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar cafe, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen setting.
• Skills: Strong culinary skills, multitasking abilities, communication, and basic math for measuring ingredients.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull heavy items. Allergen awareness knowledge
