Labour Market & Information System Analyst, Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman.

The purpose of this post is to support the Head of Information System, Development & Support in the management, collection and distribution of Labour Market Information.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Provide overall support and assistance in the evaluation, analysis and review of Labour Market data for the effective distribution of usable information for WORC.
 Assist and collaborate with the Information System team through various supporting activities to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
 Responsible for performing change management activities within the Information System and/or implementing new requests in line with the labour market system policies and procedures.
 Provide leading support in the Labour Market and Information System projects and change programmes for the WORC Management Systems to achieve continuous improvement objectives.
 Support and assist in the Labour Market Information System measuring and reporting operations emphasizing priorities and improving standards.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Research & Statistics, Management or similar field plus 5-7 years’ experience in the collation, analysis and dissemination of management information and/or statistics.
