We are looking for a reliable and efficient Roti Helper to join our team at our busy Caribbean restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of roti and other Caribbean flatbreads, help with kitchen prep, and support the chef during busy service hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing dough, rolling, and cooking rotis to quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Support kitchen staff with basic prep work as needed
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
