Join Dart Management Services Ltd. as a Junior Accountant and play a key role in supporting a diverse investment portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to gain broad accounting experience while contributing to financial reporting, compliance, corporate governance, and process improvement initiatives within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

DO YOU HAVE:

An associate degree in Accounting or significant accounting experience demonstrating strong technical accounting knowledge
At least two years of accounting experience in a corporate environment, including financial statement preparation, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, and fixed asset management
Progress toward, or a strong commitment to pursuing, a professional accounting designation such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
Knowledge of investment accounting processes and financial reporting requirements, preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience using accounting and financial management software
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with a commitment to integrity, confidentiality, compliance, and continuous professional development

WE WANT YOU TO:

Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and reconciliations for a portfolio of companies
Assist with external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and fixed asset accounting processes
Assist with budget preparation, financial monitoring, board reporting, compliance correspondence, and corporate documentation, including minutes and resolutions
Review and import journal entries, maintain accounting records, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and strengthen internal controls
Support the enhancement of accounting policies, procedures, software implementations, and process improvements, including technology-driven efficiencies
Participate in ad hoc projects, research initiatives, and provide cross-functional support to ensure effective team coverage and service delivery
