Support the company's accounting, financial reporting, and treasury activities by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing banking transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger by reviewing accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for financial statements and disclosures.
• Reconcile accounts and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare and process journal entries for approval.
• Support day-to-day financial transactions, including banking activities, revenue, expenses, assets, inventory, and payroll.
• Review and validate payroll changes and prepare related accounting entries.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, disclosures, management reports, and other financial analyses.
• Utilize banking platforms, treasury applications, and other financial systems.
• Support treasury functions, including cash management, bank reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, and fund transfers.
• Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions regarding transactions and account-related matters.
• Assist with financial system improvements, upgrades, and implementations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, treasury, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Familiarity with banking systems, treasury platforms, and financial applications.
• Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting or mentoring finance team members is an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Occasional work outside of regular business hours may be required to meet reporting, audit, or regulatory deadlines.
