Assistant Manager.

Interpath Cayman Limited is inviting applications for the position of: Assistant Manager – Insolvency
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
• An internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA or equivalent) and/or a recognized Insolvency qualification;
• 5 years minimum experience within Insolvency/ Restructuring;
• Demonstrable investigative and technical skills;
• Sound business judgment;
• Broad knowledge of the financial services industry; and
• Due to the nature of the role, the post-holder must be prepared to work long hours with occasional weekends.
Typical duties include:
• Supporting the case managers, directors and/or partners;
• Effectively executing restructuring, liquidation and insolvency procedures, demonstrating knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations;
• Preparation of reports to stakeholders that support the insolvency and restructuring assignments;
• Analysis of financials, bank records and other documentation;
• Networking/marketing the firm and actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with service providers;
• Working effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress; and
• Requirement to travel to meetings off island as necessary, dependent on case work
