Rate of Pay: CI$8.75 per Hour

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Eastern Cleaners is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitor to deliver high-quality cleaning and maintenance services across various job sites.
Perform daily routine and deep cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and sanitizing floors and surfaces.
Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and staff facilities.
Dust and polish furniture, windows, glass partitions, and fixtures.
Empty waste bins, dispose of trash safely, and replace liners.
Safely operate, clean, and maintain janitorial equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.).
Handle, mix, and store commercial cleaning chemicals and sanitizers in compliance with safety standards.
Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report shortages or maintenance issues to management.
Perform other related cleaning and custodial duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning services.
Solid knowledge of commercial cleaning supplies, chemicals, safety procedures, and floor care equipment.
Physical fitness and stamina to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout a standard shift.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Clean police clearance record.
