ARCHIBALD VERGARA PACHECO T/A CLOUD'S AIRCONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION are looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Installer to join our team.

The successful candidate should have strong practical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and professionally at customer and job-site locations.

Duties & Responsibilities
Install and secure products, fixtures, equipment, and materials.
Review work orders, measurements, plans, and instructions.
Measure and prepare work areas for accurate installation.
Safely operate hand and power tools and installation equipment.
Inspect materials and products for defects or damage.
Ensure installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards.
Perform repairs, adjustments, replacements, and finishing work.
Remove existing fixtures and prepare surfaces as required.
Follow blueprints, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Protect customer property during installations.
Resolve installation issues and report concerns when necessary.
Provide professional customer service.
Complete installations on schedule.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company property.
Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1-2 Years of Experience
Knowledge of installation methods, tools, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read plans and follow instructions and specifications.
Strong mechanical, practical, and measurement skills.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, push, and pull.
Valid driver’s license preferred or required.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Clean police record required.
