*Job Summary:*
Terina TT's Sparkles Janitorial is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning and sanitization services for commercial and residential properties across Grand Cayman, ensuring all premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and polish floors, hallways, stairs, and common areas.
- Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, washrooms, fixtures, sinks, and mirrors.
- Restock restroom and sanitation supplies including hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, windowsills, baseboards, and glass partitions.
- Clean interior windows, glass doors, and entranceways.
- Safely handle, mix, and store commercial cleaning chemicals and janitorial supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Properly operate and maintain janitorial equipment including vacuums, floor polishers, and steam cleaners.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damages to management immediately.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
- Minimum of 2 years proven hands-on experience in commercial, residential, or industrial janitorial cleaning.
- Solid knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and sanitation protocols.
- High physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/carry heavy equipment or trash bags up to 40+ lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a clean police clearance certificate.
