HOUSEKEEPER.

North Coast Resort Management Limited is looking for a Housekeeper who has the various prerequisite skills and qualifications needed for their job duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and in the resort.
Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
Responds timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
Reports necessary maintenance items.
Follows departmental policies and procedures.
Follows all safety and sanitation policies
Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Performs additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Ability to read and follow signs and written instructions.
Mature, responsible, and friendly behavior, preferably a woman, due to the client's preference.
Ability to use hand or lightweight cleaning tools.
Physical fitness to lift heavy objects and work while standing.
Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards set by management.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well unsupervised.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
High school diploma.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.
Must be able to work on weekdays and holidays.
With a clean Police record.
