HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves the transportation and delivery of aggregate materials to various job sites using a company-assigned dump truck.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and drive a dump truck to deliver aggregate materials in a safe and timely manner.

Maintain responsibility for the truck assigned to you, including:

Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Assisting in regular maintenance and weekly washing of the vehicle.

Reporting and troubleshooting any mechanical issues or other problems encountered on the job.

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient job completion.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and timesheets as required.

Requirements:
Valid commercial driver's license (Cayman Islands Group 4 License).

Proven experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles.

Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the road or at job sites.

A team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism.

Ability to work night shifts if required.

Physically fit and capable of handling job site conditions and occasional manual tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and respectful in all interactions.

Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience in aggregate delivery or construction-related hauling.

Knowledge of local routes and construction site protocols.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A kind, courteous demeanour and the ability to work well within a team environment.
