Health and Wellness Representative.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, health-orientated, and proactive individual to join our growing friendly team. You will be working with knowledgeable health practitioners and be responsible for promoting services to ensure your development in the health and wellness industry.

Job Description:
• Greeting and checking in clients
• Ensuring completion of intake forms for all services
• Promoting all services at the clinic, including social media
• Completing inductions of new clients - including cryo sauna and compression sessions
• Assisting with marketing and monthly promotions
• Answering telephones/emails from clients about appointments and providing information as
required
• Assisting with billing of clients to insurance companies
• Up-keep of company paperwork

Key Requirements:
- Desired 4 years or more of experience working in a health clinic
- Certification in billing
- Experience working in a facility using cryotherapy and compression services
- Experience/ certification with billing and dealing with health insurance
- Previous experience working alongside physiotherapist/ chiropractor

Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Confident computer and medical administrative skills
