The successful applicant will perform cleaning of all common areas on the property including bathrooms; power-washing buildings; window cleaning; repairs; emptying trash receptacles and deal with any litter; general painting; be required to operate power and manual tools when assisting crews with any electrical, plumbing or mechanical issues. Will be required to work on weekends.
