Description
Maintain and support a private residences in Grand Cayman, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep around the home. Responsibilities include:
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs (light fixtures, outlets, switches)
Plumbing troubleshooting and repairs (leaks, faucets, clogged drains)
Painting and touch-up work, interior and exterior
General cleaning and upkeep of the home and surrounding property
Carpentry and furniture repairs
Appliance checks and repairs
Pool maintenance and upkeep
Yard and exterior maintenance (gutters, fences, outdoor fixtures)
Responding promptly to household maintenance needs and emergencies
Communicating effectively with the homeowner on completed work and ongoing needs
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in handyman/maintenance work
Available 6 days a week, on call 24/7
Valid driver's license
Strong ability to manage finances and keep maintenance/repair costs low
Must review supplier invoices monthly to track and control spending
Strong phone and email communication skills
