GLOBAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

Salary: USD $300,000 – $400,000 per annum + performance incentives
FundBNK Ltd is seeking an exceptional Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and commercial leadership across the organisation and drive the Bank’s next phase of global growth.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Global CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the Bank’s global strategy, delivering sustainable growth and profitability, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute FundBNK Ltd’s global strategy and growth agenda.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion and long-term enterprise value.
• Provide strategic leadership across global operations, products, technology and digital banking.
• Identify and develop new markets, products, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, shareholders, institutional clients and strategic partners.
• Ensure a strong culture of governance, risk management, compliance and ethical leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global executive leadership team.
• Partner with the Board on strategic planning, performance, risk and major corporate initiatives.
• Champion innovation and the continued development of FundBank’s digital banking proposition.
• Ensure the organisation has the people, infrastructure and operating model required to support sustainable global growth.

Requirements
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in banking, financial services, fintech, payments or another highly regulated financial-services environment.
• Proven experience as a CEO, Group CEO, Managing Director, President or equivalent senior executive.
• Demonstrated success leading a regulated financial institution or complex, multi-jurisdictional organisation.
• A strong track record of delivering commercial growth, profitability and strategic transformation.
• Significant experience working with Boards, regulators, institutional clients and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, enterprise risk management, AML/CFT and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in digital banking, fintech, payments and emerging financial technologies.
• Exceptional commercial judgment, strategic thinking and executive leadership capability.
• The ability to operate effectively across international markets and diverse cultures.
