Construction helper Job Description:
• Clear debris, remove hazardous materials, dig trenches, holes, and foundations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Load and unload construction materials such as lumber, concrete, and steel; distribute materials to appropriate locations; track inventory and report shortages
• Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades by providing tools, measuring and cutting materials, assembling temporary structures, and assisting with installations
• Mix and pour concrete, compact earth, erect scaffolding, help with framing, and participate in installing windows, doors, and drywall
• Tools and equipment proper maintenance and inventory
