Conduct regular checks on houses/apartments and safety equipment to spot issues early
Fix doors, hang drywalls, repair or rebuild walls, and assemble or install furniture
Clear clogged drains, fix leaky faucets, replace faulty switches and handle minor wiring tasks
Paint walls, patch holes, fix roofing or guttering and lay or repair floor tiles
Ventilation and air conditioning filters and lubricate mechanical components
Experience to drive manual vehicle (preferred)
