CARPENTER/MASON/FINISHER.

INGENIOUS ENTERPRISES LTD. T/A CARIBBEAN CONSTRUCTION are looking for a skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Carpenter/Mason/Finisher to join our construction team.

The successful candidate will take pride in quality workmanship, understand construction plans and measurements, work safely and efficiently, and be able to perform a variety of tasks independently or as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurements.
Perform carpentry, masonry, drywall, and finishing work.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials.
Build, repair, and maintain walls, fences, walkways, and structures.
Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, drywall, and trim.
Mix and apply cement, mortar, and concrete.
Prepare and finish surfaces for painting, tiling, and other applications.
Inspect work and correct defects or construction issues.
Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
Follow project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Work with supervisors, contractors, and other trades.
Complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Perform other construction duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Trade certification, apprenticeship, or relevant training preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of carpentry, masonry, drywall, and finishing.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Skilled in using hand and power tools.
Knowledge of construction materials and basic mathematics.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks.
Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.
Clean police record required.
