Front Desk Associate.

We are looking for a wonderful and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our amazing Team at Aventis Dental and Facial Aesthetics!

The right candidate must have:

3+ years of experience in a Dental or Medical administrative capacity
Knowledge of Dental or Medical terminology and office procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner
Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations
Handling phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Processing payments and verifying insurance information
Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
