Food & Beverage Server.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet, welcome and seat guests guiding them to their tables.
• Present menus and offer assistance to guest to navigate the menu, answer questions about dishes and make recommendations.
• Take orders accurately recording food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently delivering orders to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Check guests periodically to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Clear tables, removing all finished plates and used glassware to maintain a tidy dining space.
• Processing payments by presenting accurate bills and handle payment transactions efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS
• 2-3 years of previous Food and Beverage experience.
• Certification or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, great communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the restaurant point of sale system.
• Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to provide a 5-year employment history.
REMUNERATION
The hourly pay is $12 USD plus gratuities. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, pension, meal per shift, and many other benefits to eligible employees. Hours work: 45 hours per week during restaurant operations.
