Food & Beverage SERVER.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring proper presentation and meeting any special requests or dietary needs.
- Monitor tables, anticipate guests’ needs, and provide prompt and attentive service to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing utensils, and ensuring overall cleanliness.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a food and beverage server, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment. 3+ years experience
- Strong understanding of food and beverage menu items, with the ability to provide informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with POS systems and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to teamwork.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
