Serving food & beverages to customers in a high volume restaurant.
Knowledge of wines very important - WSET 2 and above and Michelin trained preferred.
Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food & beverages, clearing and re-setting tables, issuing bills and taking payment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive and friendly attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
At least 5 years' experience necessary in a similar restaurant environment and ability to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
