Food and Beverage Servers are responsible for providing food and drinks to customers, providing menus, answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, taking orders, calculating bills, collecting payments, handling special requirements, and cleaning tables. Server must be customer service oriented, attention to details, be able to multitast, and work well with the team. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Most have knowledge of Mexican Cuisine, tequilas and mescals
