Food and Beverage Server.

* EAST END POSITION ***

The Server is responsible for serving guests with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. Server should be well versed in all menu items and offerings, and be able to assist guests and answer any questions about the menu. Server will be responsible for serving/preparing various beverages, including beer, wine, and mixed alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, and will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with finding a table, and answering any questions
- Understand menu items and basic ingredients in order to answer guests questions and assist with recommending menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Prepare beverages for guests, including alcoholic mixed drinks

Requirements/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in high volume restaurant/bar
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of restaurant service best practices and neat and tidy appearance
- Role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid driver’s licence and own vehicle as this role is in East End
