Equipment Yard Associate.

Massive Equipment Rental and Sales is seeking a dependable, customer-service-oriented Equipment Yard Associate to join our team.

Duties include: Cleaning, maintaining and performing basic repairs on rental equipment; organizing and stacking props, scaffolding and fencing; loading and unloading equipment for customers; maintaining a clean and safe yard; and assisting the warehouse, portable toilet and event divisions as required.

Requirements: Knowledge of rental/construction equipment preferred; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and perform basic mathematics; willingness to learn and work as part of a team; ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physically demanding outdoor work; valid Cayman Islands Group 2 driver's licence; clean police clearance; and minimum age 21 due to company insurance requirements. Construction equipment rental experience is an asset.
