GENERAL LABORER.

Watler & Hislop Services is seeking to fill the position of “General Laborer”.

This position involves various tasks that support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• General cleaning and upkeep of the compound.
• Clean and general maintenance of drill rigs and heavy equipment; company vehicles.
• Perform general job sites cleanup and ensure a safe working environment.
• Help with the prep of drill rigs and heavy equipment for work.
• Work with drilling teams to provide water control systems.
• Help with delivery of drilling supplies to job sites.
• Delivery of supplies to field teams.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a general labor role is preferred but not required.
• Must possess at least a High School diploma.
• Must possess a clean police record and driver’s license.
• Should be literate and possess computer skills.
• Have operational knowledge of small engine tools – water pumps, pressure washers.
• Possess functional knowledge of drilling and heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.
