Deli Attendant.

ICOA LTD is seeking a Deli Attendant who is responsible for preparing, serving, and selling deli products while providing excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining food safety standards, keeping displays stocked and attractive, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Make coffee and other specialized drinks.
Prepare and package deli items such as sandwiches, salads, meats, cheeses, and hot foods.
Deal with customers by taking orders accurately and processing orders through the POS system.
Responsible for dispatching delivery of online orders and catering.
Maintain attractive and fully stocked deli displays. Order stocks on time.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and display cases. Sweeping, mopping & dusting.
Report equipment issues, food safety concerns, or inventory shortages to management.

Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for weighing, pricing, and handling transactions.
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25–50 lbs (11–23 kg), depending on employer requirements.
Can lift heavy trays, set up tables, cutlery, etc.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
With a clean police record.
