CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT/HELPER.

VIP APPLIANCE SERVICES LTD T/A VIP AIRCONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION are seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking CSA/Helper to assist with customer service, store operations, and general cleaning duties.

Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
Answer phone calls, messages, and emails professionally.
Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns.
Collect and document customer information for follow-up.
Attend required customer service meetings.
Assist with vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Assist with dusting ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and furniture.
Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications
3-4 years of experience as customer service or general helper
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of performing cleaning and general helper duties.
Clean police record.
