CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT/CLEANER.

VIP APPLIANCE SERVICES T/A VIP APPLIANCE SERVICES are seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking CSA/Cleaner to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
Answer phone calls, messages, and emails professionally.
Resolve customer questions and concerns and document relevant information.
Attend required customer service meetings.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Dust ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and furniture.
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the property.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience
Previous customer service or cleaning experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Physically capable of performing cleaning duties.
Clean police record required.
