* Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
•Ability to cook local and Jerk a plus
•Ability to create and suggest new menu that correlates to the restaurants theme(asian/caribbean fusion)
•Assist with catering and large-volume food preparation when required.
•Ability to prepare and manage à la carte orders in a fast-paced environment.
•Must be able to work early hours and on public holidays.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Apply health and safety regulations in all food preparations and storage.
* Package: Wages KYD 8.75 p/hour plus
