We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for positions as experienced staff in our Consulting practice. With a focus on clients in the financial services industry, the successful candidates can expect to work as part of multi-disciplinary EY engagement teams to assist our clients with consultancy services, such as: internal audit/process & controls, technology risk assurance, performance improvement and risk management/financial crimes compliance.

Responsibilities:
Support client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to participate in and deliver professional consultancy services as outlined above, and participate in business development activities
Work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards
Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing and deliverables

Skills and attributes for success

Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, budgets and other planning documents
Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services

To qualify for the role, you must:
- Have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering or related business fields, with a strong academic record, including course work that EY deems relevant.
-Possess or be planning to pursue an internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CA, CPA, ACA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as a CAMS, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent; non-certified hires are required to become certified before being eligible for promotion to manager
- A plan to complete a service line and firm approved professional designation
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
- Knowledge and understanding of a professional working environment and a desire to work in financial services
- Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills, and the confidence to identify and resolve problems
- Effective organization and time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Integrity within a professional environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

The successful candidates must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work a flexible schedule, as well as a dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
