With offices around the globe, we offer a seamless and 24/7 advisory service to our clients on mitigating and resolving financial and operational issues, as well as enhancing and realising value in a low-risk environment.

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious and qualified candidate with the following attributes to join our Cayman Islands office as a Manager:
• bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
• CA, ACCA, CPA, CPI and/or JIEB qualification;
• minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring, funds advisory and associated investigations;
• good business sense and commercial acumen;
• ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems;
• driven, displays leadership skills, influence others as well as collabrotive problem solver;
• Possessing risk tolerance and stress tolerance
• Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and
• excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience of:
• Hands-on experience in forensic or insolvency engagements such as official court supervised and voluntary liquidations, receivership, restructuring, valuation, contentious litigation; support, asset tracing and forensic accounting investigations;
• Addressing liquidation/insolvency matters with complex cross-border elements involving jurisdictions and regions including the US, UK, Europe, the Cayman Islands, BVI, and Hong Kong;
• Day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures, valuations, corporate advisory and investigation assignments;
• Ability to quickly understand and analyse companies’ financial performance;
• Support of participation in legal claims, such as professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duties;
• Drafting detailed and complex affidavits, expert reports and other formal documents for Courts and creditors;
• Managing and mentoring junior members of staff;
• Contributing to development of best practice;
• Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients; and
• Working internally with other international offices within the Kroll network.

The salary will be commensurate with experience and skills in the range of USD110,000 to USD120,000, with pension and health benefits. Caymanians and Cayman status holders preferred.
