Consulting Manager.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for positions as managers in our Consulting practice. With a focus on clients in the financial services industry, the successful candidates can expect to work as part of multi-disciplinary EY engagement teams to assist our clients with consultancy services, such as: internal audit/process & controls, technology risk assurance, performance improvement and risk management/financial crimes compliance.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead multiple client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to participate in and deliver professional consultancy services as outlined above,and participate in business development activities
• Work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers throughout the year to communicate value and inform them of the firm’s scope of services
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or another related field
• An internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CA, CPA, ACA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as a CAMS, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent
• Consulting Manager — a minimum of five (5) years of recent relevant experience in a similar position with demonstrated career progression; prior experience working for a public accounting or professional services firm is strongly preferred and experience in the financial services industry is required
