*Job Title:* Construction Worker / General Laborer

*Description of Job:*
T&O High Quality Construction is seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Workers to join our growing team . The ideal candidate will have over five (5) years of combined experience in general construction, masonry, carpentry, and renovation.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Perform general construction, masonry, carpentry and renovation tasks
- Assist with site preparation, mixing concrete, and handling materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all job sites
- Keep job sites clean, organized and secure
- Follow all health and safety regulations

*Required Qualifications & Experience:*
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Clean Police Record
- Must be legally able to work in the Cayman Islands

*Benefits:* Vacation, Health Insurance and Pension
*Salary:* CI$10.00 - CI$15.00 per hour, depending on experience
*Hours:* 45 hours per week
