Construction Cleaner.

Cleaner Responsibilities:
Post-Construction Cleanup & Detailing
• Debris Removal: Clear and dispose of leftover construction materials, packaging, and large debris from work zones.
• Surface Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, walls, baseboards, and ceilings to eliminate construction dust.
• Glass & Fixtures: Wash windows, mirrors, and glass partitions, removing protective films, paint splatters, and adhesive residues.
• Sanitation:

Site Welfare & Facility Maintenance
• Restrooms & Locker Rooms: Deep-clean site toilets and washrooms; replenish hygiene supplies like soap and paper towels.
• Offices & Break Rooms: Sanitize and tidy up on-site trailers, offices, and meeting areas daily.
• Waste Management: Empty all site bins and ensure waste is properly sorted and removed to designated disposal areas.

Safety & Compliance
• Hazard Reporting: Identify and immediately report any maintenance issues or workplace hazards to the site supervisor.
• PPE Protocol: Strictly adhere to all site safety regulations, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like hard hats, high-vis, and steel-toe boots.

Cleaner Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
