We seeks a Civil Works Supervisor for a luxury hotel complex in the Cayman Islands. The role covers day-to-day supervision of all civil and earthworks activities: excavation, backfill, compaction, dewatering, drainage, stormwater, potable water, sewage, electrical ducts, telecoms and external road works.
The candidate will monitor subcontractor progress and workmanship quality on site, verify setting-out and levels against approved drawings, coordinate topographic survey activities, enforce QHSE requirements across all civil operations, maintain daily site records, compaction test results and production reports, and coordinate interfaces with structural and MEP underground teams to prevent schedule conflicts.
Requirements: civil engineering background, 5+ yrs of site supervision experience on earthworks and Civil, ability to read and mark up civil and setting-out drawings. English fluent .
