Truss Plant Structures Ltd. is looking for a Carpenter’s Laborer.
Applicants will be required to perform core business activities in addition to CFS product manufacture. Candidates will be required to perform ancillary duties related to the manufacture and distribution of lumber and steel products and structures. Applicants will be expected to assist in the fabrication of steel and lumber structures performing any requested function necessary for the completion of the components or structure.
Qualifications for the role:
Good eyesight - physically fit - basic numeric and arithmetic ability - hand-eye coordination - Effective verbal, written and reading ability - An eye for detail. Previous experience with measuring equipment, timber or metal saws and forklift operation, truss fabrication or construction industry would be an asset. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience relevant to the role. High School or Equivalent.
Salary: KYD 8.75-12.00 per hour, based on a 44-hour work week. Benefits as deemed by law.
