RAM Construction is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Carpenter Helper / Mason Helper to join our construction team.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters and masons with daily construction activities.
Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and building materials.
Assist with concrete mixing, masonry preparation, and general carpentry work.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to workplace safety standards.
Perform other general construction duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant construction experience.
Practical knowledge of basic carpentry and masonry work.
Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual construction duties.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures.
