CARPENTER/DRYWALL.

RAYMOND'S HOLDINGS LTD T/A RAYMOND'S CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE
is looking for a reliable Carpenter/Drywall to join their team. This person should take pride in quality workmanship, work well independently and as part of a team, and be committed to completing projects safely and efficiently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential and/or commercial projects.
Measure, cut, install, and repair wood framing and other building materials.
Install drywall, including measuring, cutting, hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing.
Repair damaged drywall and prepare surfaces for painting or other finishes.
Install doors, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and other carpentry components as required.
Read and interpret basic plans, drawings, and measurements.
Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper finishing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and construction standards.
Work collaboratively with other trades and team members.
Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
Perform other general construction duties as needed.

Qualifications
5-6 years of experience
Previous experience in carpentry, drywall installation, or general construction.
Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques.
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials.
Experience using common hand and power tools.
Ability to read basic construction plans and specifications.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physically capable of lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders or in various construction environments.
Reliable transportation and a dependable work history.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Valid driver's license is an asset.
